Chelsea Gleason is a Certified Nurse Midwife who cares for women and families with kindness and respect. She started her nursing career with an Associate Degree from Dodge City Community College in 2009. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018 and a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in 2021.

Chelsea has worked in both home birth and hospital settings. She started her own practice, Choice Midwifery, in Dodge City, Kansas, where she offered care through pregnancy, birth, and after delivery. She also provided fertility care and ultrasound. She has special training in helping during cesarean births, doing limited obstetric ultrasounds, and offering hormone therapy for women going through menopause.

She believes families should feel informed, respected, and supported in their care. Chelsea blends modern medical knowledge with the personal touch that midwifery is known for.

Outside of work, Chelsea and her husband are raising two children who are active in 4-H and school activities. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and giving back to her community.

Chelsea is excited to join the Birth Center team and continue serving families with compassion and excellence.
